Students who are not a US Citizen and wish to pursue their flight certificate may still do so. Students wishing to begin flight training should first sign up with the Alien Flight Student Program (A.F.S.P.), which is run by T.S.A. The next step is to talk to your flight instructor in order to fill out the proper paperwork and make sure that everything is in proper order so that your registration is completed in a timely fashion.
